• The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available at 10 a.m. on the day of departure
• In case of late arrival or early departure or beds not occupied, the entire amount agreed for the entire duration of the stay will be charged

Deposit:

• The booking is considered firm after receipt of a deposit to be paid by the date stated in the offer
• If we have not received the deposit in due time we reserve the right to cancel the booking
• The deposit will only be refunded if cancellation of the booking occurs up to 3 weeks prior to the arranged date of arrival

Reductions:

• Children from 0 to 2 years: free accommodation (in their own bed)
• Children from 2 to 6 years: 50 % reduction
• Children from 6 to 10 years: 30 % reduction
• Children from 10 to 13 years: 20 % reduction
• Guests of Residence Forcelles: Reductions at the "Alpine Sports" (San Cassiano Ski School) for ski rental. This rental outlet is located directly at the slopes and at the "Piz Sorega" cable cars.

Extra charges:

• In case of stays of less than 4 days, we charge a supplement per person and day
• Cot for children: € 10 /day
